Gene Walker – Stewart TN "I thought I would send you the before and after shots I made concerning the Envy Walk-in Tub at my home just concluded. As you can see, the before picture number 1 shows a conventional tub of more than 45 years long standing. As near as I can tell it was installed in the early 1960s. What begs for elaboration is the idea that was news to me that the old tub weighed in at at least 350 pounds! It was a cast iron affair that had to be literally broken up by sledge hammer and carried away in multiple trips down stairs. Then the site was made ready for the new walk-in tub. The new walk-in tub was delivered by FEDEX (at your cost!, thank-you!) and the my carpenter and his plumbing assistant quickly made it up the stairs to the bathroom where it was quickly installed. See picture picture number 2. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the whole process and she just christened it with the first of many, many soaking showers. It filled in about five minutes during which she lathered up and then soaked in marvelous pleasure and delight for another half hour or so. Then she pulled the plug and amazingly it emptied the tub in less than 2 minutes! So, to say that we are delighted with our new bathroom walk-in tub is to totally understate our pleasure!And the cost.... I just totaled up the bill for the tub, the installation and plumbing connection, and am absolutely amazed with the total cost of $4800 and some change!!!!Well, you can see how our new bathing delight now makes us champions for the new walk-in tub now installed in our bathroom!"
